Lot of dishes at the Dyak (Panovel Commercial Complex, Jalan Simpang Tiga. Kuching) the other night and there were two durian dishes. One is durian with pork and the other is ikan pusu with durian. Both are very good!
The other excellent dishes were the intestines with pineapple and the roast pork. The rest of the food was good, too!
It's tempoyak durian, fermented durian (bidayuh menu). The price is a bit on the higher side but food is good. Shared by Francis Phang.
