Delicious Fried Carrot Cake found at Clementi 448 Market & Food Centre, Singapore. I would normally order the white version as I want to savour the delightful Fried Egg flavour.
Though the chunky Carrot Cake was quite soggy, almost every piece was coated with Egg. Plus, the Pork Lard Oil enhanced the overall aroma. Portion was big at $3. Expect long queue time and sell-out by 12pm.
